Individual and Group Coaching
Supportive, Strategic, and Rooted in Real-World Leadership Experience
Whether 1:1 or in a group, coaching gives the space to reflect, gain clarity, and grow with purpose.
Participants walk away with greater confidence, stronger communication skills, and a deeper understanding of how to lead effectively while staying true to themselves. It’s a chance to build lasting habits that support both personal growth and team success.
1:1 Coaching
Jill works with individual contributors, managers, and executives in all roles, functions, and levels to help them navigate complex challenges related to people management, team culture, hiring, execution, personal development, and more.
1:1 Coaching is available in three different formats.
Each option includes a free intake call for each potential coachee to determine mutual fit prior to making any financial commitments.
A 360 review can be conducted for any coachee for an additional fee (pricing varies). All coaching sessions are 45 minutes and completely confidential.
-
The coachee receives a booking link and schedules sessions on an ad hoc basis. They receive an invoice after each session and can pay via credit card or bank account, which can later be expensed.
-
The company receives a unique booking link for use by any approved employee, with an option to cap the number of sessions per month. Coachees can choose to book ad hoc sessions to discuss timely challenges or opt for a regular meeting cadence to mimic a more standard coaching engagement. The company is billed at the end of the month, with volume discounts available.
-
Choose your number of sessions and meeting cadence (e.g. 6 sessions for 3 months) and pay upfront. Volume discounts available with the purchase of 6 or more sessions.
Group Coaching
The most cost-effective secret weapon for leveling up your leaders. These sessions can reinforce training, build bridges across organizations, help employees find mentors organically, and increase self reliance.
Have your good managers advise your up-and-coming managers via one of four formats.
Group coaching sessions (or “circles”) follow a structured format to encourage participation from all attendees, reduce natural defensiveness, and facilitate experience sharing. Suggested maximum of 10 participants per session.
-
Companies who purchase workshops usually opt to send participants to a follow-up group coaching session, where challenges related to workshop concepts can be discussed in greater detail.
-
Group sessions can be arranged around a particular topic that is timely and relevant to your organization (e.g. handling compensation discussions).
-
Create opt-in cohorts of leaders who meet on a regular basis to discuss their most pressing issues. Regular cohorts engender a level of trust with each other that deepens over time and leads to more productive discussions.
-
If you prefer a “train the trainer” approach, you can opt to purchase the materials that will allow you to build a topic-based or cohort-based program internally. When done right, these programs are largely self-sustaining and require little oversight from your People team.
